Based on the same effective formula as our best-selling Hydra 10 powder, Hydra+ contains the key electrolytes that your body needs to maintain optimum hydration levels, as well as containing energy-boosting Vitamin B6 to help keep your performance at its best.

Suggested Usage:

• Add 1 tablet to 200ml of water and let it dissolve.
