Delivery Time & Other Important Details:

Delivery time is an estimate only and may vary due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Under normal circumstances, it may take 5-10 business days for delivery to most destinations. And in extreme circumstances it may take 10-20 business days.

Escapade Online ships via Hong Kong Post or SF Express for majority of the destinations.
An email with a link to track the parcels is usually sent within 1-2 business days after order is placed.
Items are sent always via Air-Mail and are trackable. Although we try our best to provide tracking no for each parcel to our customers, however, it may take up to 2-3 days before the carrier’s website starts showing the shipping information.

Please note that in certain cases we are not able to ship Electronic items (Camera, Massager & Watches), nutrition products (Gels, Bars, Electrolytes & Supplement’s) and liquids products ( e.g., detergents & cleaners) due to prohibitions & restrictions imposed by the carriers or the destination country's customs controls. 

In these cases we will refund your payment for the entire order or for those products that the carrier is unable to ship.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection.

If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. The vast majority of orders make it through customs without any problems, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations."

-To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from mail carrier and/or Courier Company regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for only up to 4 - 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
