Great product, great service.
I wanted to purchase my second pair of minimalist shoes and I found it's easier and cheaper to buy it via Escapade. I ordered the size for my last pair but it was much bigger than the one I have. Staff from Causeway Bay patiently explained to me about the size differences in different model. At the end, I had to go to Central branch for the exchange in sizes. Staff there know right away I was coming and gave me the right size of shoes. I like how their efficient communication between stores and handled my exchange in products very smoothly. And of course, the shoes are great as usual!
